Harley Quinn is a very popular character, We see her in the movie Birds of Pray and Suicide Squad, where Harley Quinn's expression was awesome. And the movies became even more popular for this character. Harley Quinn was played by "Margot Robbie", a famous Hollywood actress. And she gained a lot of fame by doing this movie.

The picture of today's reference I see on the Pinterest site and the Harley Queen that was here is not original. Because the girl who was here is not Margot Robbie. But here this girl looked so beautiful and gorgeous that is why I made the vector drawing. I hope you like my work today!

Below is the drawing process and some screenshots:

Step: 1

At the beginning I select a layer Page that is 6000 × 4000 size. Then I create the outline of the hair with the help of pen tool. You can see that there are some more colors in the hair that I first outlined with the help of the pen tool and later I gave the selection tool, and I used several colors in the hair.

Step: 2

After the hair work is done, I have done eye drawing and also used pen tool to do it. Let’s create a complete eye outline at the beginning. And many outlines have been created to give different colors inside the eyes. I used the Ellipse tool to create a white dot in the middle of the eye Which is included in the Rectangles tool, When the outline is done, I have done it by placing the selection tool section color. And let's just say I took another layer here.

Step: 3

There are many colors to be placed between the lips. I used three colors and here I first create a complete outline, then I put a red color in it and then I create some more outlines and use a darker color in it, And took the help of a pen tool to draw some parts of the teeth and nose

Step: 4

Now it's time to draw Harley Quinn's stick! Some of the colors I have used in it, you can understand if you zoom in. As before, I create a complete outline with the help of the pen tool and then place it in different colors. When the stick was alone, I started to put color in her. And used the selection tool to set the color.

Step: 5

Her clothes are as colorful as Harley Quinn's! And I had to make a lot of small outlines to draw it and here are a few colors.

Step: 6

I created the background when the drawing was complete, and to make the background colorful, I used a pen tool to place different colors in it using another layer page. After creating the background I put a watermark of my name on it with the help of type tool. At the end of it all, I took as much of the part as I drew.
