I did photography on our roof today. The peppers were green in one word, the leaves were very beautiful, and the white flowers of the peppers looked more beautiful. So I thought I'd take some pictures.
âRequirement of Chili:
The requirement of chilli in our country is very high, because Bengalis prefer to eat spicy food and we use chili in curry for three meals. Fish-Meat Different Vegetables Pepper is needed to cook these and there are no complete seven vegetables available without pepper. So it can be said that it is much needed.
As raw chillies enhance the taste of food, there are many more benefits. These include Vitamin-A, Vitamin B, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, Potassium, Protein, Carbohydrates etc. These vitamins cause saliva in our mouths which increases the fun of our food.

Raw peppers are rich in the antioxidant beta carotene. Eating raw chillies in hot weather lowers the body temperature and prevents blood from clotting. Raw pepper is a beneficial food for those who have cold problems. Eating raw chillies with food every day will be more beneficial for the body because when cooking raw chillies, its benefits are absorbed at high temperatures, and at extra temperatures its vitamin content is lost.The amount of capsaicin in raw chillies is higher than that of dried baburam chillies, so it is better to eat small amounts. Many people again comment that this idea is wrong for a bad body.
